24-Hour Reception
Our reception remains open continuously, 24 hours a day.
Check-in time
Check-in begins from 4:00 PM. This is the time at which we guarantee your room will be perfectly prepared for your arrival. However, on many occasions we are able to have rooms ready earlier, and if this is the case, we will happily provide your keys as soon as you arrive.
Early arrivals
If you arrive before your room is ready, there is absolutely no problem. You may safely leave your luggage at reception and begin enjoying the lounges, gardens, or the surroundings of the castle with complete peace of mind.
Check-out time
Check-out is until 12:00 PM. If you would like to extend your time with us a little longer, please enquire at reception. Subject to availability, there is the possibility of arranging a late check-out to prolong your stay.
Early Departures and Breakfast
If your return journey or route requires an early departure, we offer the possibility of serving an early breakfast upon prior request. Ideally, please inform our companions during check-in so that we can organise everything in advance.
