Every stay at Castillo del Buen Amor is unique.

You are staying in a historic building with centuries of history, where many of our rooms still preserve original features such as medieval stone walls. We kindly thank you for caring for the space for what it truly is: a piece of heritage with exceptional value.

Some rooms feature direct access from the outdoors. As we are surrounded by nature, the occasional insect may sometimes appear. If needed, please do not hesitate to inform our colleagues so they can promptly check the room again.

Regarding climate control, during the colder months we provide heating, while air conditioning is available during warmer periods. Our system does not allow both to operate simultaneously, but we also have additional electric radiators and fans available should you need them.

In your room you will find a telephone from which you can contact reception by dialling number 9.

In the bathroom you will find towels for use during your stay. As part of our commitment to the environment, we only replace them when necessary. If you would like fresh towels, you may leave them on the floor or inform reception.
