Our cuisine is based on respect for the product itself, giving prominence to local and seasonal ingredients, with special attention to Iberian pork and the traditional legumes of our region.

During days of higher occupancy, especially at peak times, waiting times may be slightly longer than usual. Even so, the wait is always worthwhile.

Breakfast is usually served in buffet format. On quieter days, service becomes à la carte, while still offering the very same products, freshly prepared to order. In this way, we also help reduce food waste.
